Wildwood Adventure Park crew wants to be certain you have everything you need to have an outdoor experience you love! To ease your mind, here are a few safety facts and our park policies for your review:

OUR GUIDES are site-specific trained for safety and to ensure you have an unforgettable experience through every step of your adventure.

OUR ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES are regulated by the State of Kansas regulations and standards. We continuously are assessed by third-party inspections to assure all equipment serves safety to our adventurers.
OUR EQUIPMENT, platforms and protection gear is made of the highest quality adventure gear on the market.
** REQUIREMENTS! **
REQUIRED! Close-toed shoes are a requirement for your safety. Depending on your selected adventure, there will be moderate to heavy hiking through diverse terrain.
REQUIRED! To ensure we have everything you need for your adventure, we require advance reservations! Be sure to book online or call us for any questions you may have.

AGE and WEIGHT LIMIT. Our age limit is 5 years old AND require our adventurers weight 50lbs at a minimum and no more than 275lbs at maximum.
** 50-275 LBS WEIGHT LIMIT **
ALCOHOL is NOT PERMITTED on Park Grounds (including in the parking zone) unless specified for specific events. While we understand the idea of a good time, we guarantee you will get a great buzz without the alcohol, so leave it at home to toast to your amazing experience!

WE LOVE THEM TOO! ...but the little rascals are NOT ALLOWED to join you on this adventure. Our safety is focused completely on you and your partners in adventure! So please, no pets.

ARRIVE 15-30 MINUTES EARLY! We require that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to ensure we have covered all necessary paperwork without cutting into your adventure!

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of 48 hours from your tour time, you will be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour time there are no refunds or vouchers. Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group. Those not meeting the weight requirements or do not have close toed shoes will not be refunded or receive a voucher. No refund will be given if you show up with less people than you booked for and we can't guarantee we can fit more people into your group if you show up with more people than you book for. No refunds will be given for gift certificates purchases. Space is limited and guests are being turned away for your tour, as well as expenses have already been incurred in preparation for your tour.
